We understand that plans can be fluid when organizing a mountain getaway. For any booking made at least 14 days in advance, we offer a 24-hour grace period that entitles you to a full refund.

Planning Your Adventure
- Pricing: Our tours are priced per booking and based on a 1-2 guest minimum group size (excluding GST), with tiered rates for up to 11 participants.
- Booking Cut-offs: Bookings can be made up to 24 or 48 hours before departure, depending on the tour type and availability. However, we recommend booking as early as possible to allow for personalization and to secure your preferred dates.
