We only collect data that helps us achieve the purpose set out in this Privacy Policy. We will not collect any additional data beyond the data listed below without notifying you first.

In line with our local governance and insurance obligations, all completed Waiver & Liability Release and Medical Information Forms are securely kept and stored for a period of up to 7 years (unless participants are under the age of 18, in which case they are securely kept and stored for up to 7 years from when they turn 18).
You will be notified if your data is kept for longer than this period.
How We Protect Your Personal Data
We protect your data using secure, encrypted infrastructure. Access is restricted to a limited number of team members with a legitimate need to know, all of whom are bound by strict confidentiality requirements.
